Wow! I just cannot say enough good things about the staff and service at Green Bay Cycles. My father recently had major ankle surgery, so must use a “knee scooter” to be able to move around the house while keeping his surgical foot suspended. The scooter has a handbrake on the handlebars similar to brakes on a bicycle, so when we couldn’t get the brake to work I figured maybe there was a chance that a bike shop might be able to fix it. Went into the store for the first time today looking for a specific bike (Giant tcr) The old miserable overweight man behind the counter was a total jerk. When I asked him if he had the bike in stock he got upset and decided to lecture me about why he would never stock a bike like that. I then asked him if he could show me the ones he had in stock and he completely ignored my request. Terrible atmosphere and customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Fast service! Friendly staff! Fantastic place! My bike was taken out of my car and put back in my car - phenomenal. My bike was fixed in 4 hours close to a HOLIDAY. Smiley and kind owner. Highly recommended!!!
Went to this shop after hearing they were having a back-to-school sale. I ended up buying a bike from them and I had an issue with the factory-installed crankset. They were really good about diagnosing the problem and providing me with a viable solution. The owner Larry was really helpful in replacing the crankset and did it while I waited. Both he and his wife Pam were extremely courteous and were really interested in solving the problem to get me back on the trail.
