Owners (Larry and Pam) of Green Bay Cycles are the best!! Super knowledgeable, helpful and really care about their customers. In addition to my own experience, I witnessed them going the extra mile to make sure their customer was happy. This shop is the real deal if you’re looking for a new bike and or service, parts/accessories, you name it, they have you covered. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for anything to do with two wheels. Stop by, you’ll be glad you did!
New to the area and have had 3 great experiences at this bike shop. Bought some really cool helmets at a sidewalk sale, then later came in with a minor issue that a mechanic kindly fixed for free. Then today they put some new tires on my bike the same day we brought it in. They usually help, but there is a guy who won't even lend some scissors. OR A BIKE TIRE. Don't come here.
Wow! I just cannot say enough good things about the staff and service at Green Bay Cycles. My father recently had major ankle surgery, so must use a “knee scooter” to be able to move around the house while keeping his surgical foot suspended. The scooter has a handbrake on the handlebars similar to brakes on a bicycle, so when we couldn’t get the brake to work I figured maybe there was a chance that a bike shop might be able to fix it.
