They knew I was desperate to fix my car and they charged me $128 to put my ride on a stupid diagnostic machine that O'Reilly's would do for free. I didn't like the people (they seemed like scam artists) nor did I think they acted professionally. Their shop was dirty and chaotic. In every way they made the wrong impression. Buyer beware!
Was givn an estimate for $360 to replace regulator for my window;I went to pay and was told $480 that he put a 2016 instead of 2015. There is no difference!!!!!!!!! So watch out if you don’t know about vehicles.
Mike and his team are the best my starter went out and they sent a trailer to pick me up and worked hard to get it back on the road plus they gave me a loaner to move around, I had a pleasant experience and everyone is very nice and professional!
Sold me a bad transmission for 1200, plus 1200 for labor, lied and told me it was a bad transfer case but that wasn't the case, had a touch screen radio also stolen out of the truck, which they didn't replace, had bolts and nuts missing, very unprofessional and very crooked, hopefully this helps the next person so it doesn't happen again, take heed and stay away from this place
