Arrived for my appointment at 10 am the place is closed up mechanics sitting outside waiting for Jay to arrive Not professional at all The mechanics have no idea when he will arrive as he is ignoring their texts and calls I am not feeling optimistic about the whole thing. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Hours of operation start after 10:30am; just so everyone knows, & expect a loner vehicle as it will be in the shop all day long, then even longer if they have to order parts. Employees super friendly, understanding & always waiting couple hours to start work. I took my truck in to fix the smoking of the brakes they installed, & it came out with a new muffler that I did not authorize or have any clue that they were doing! It was brakes!
When you find a company like Green Auto, you stay. Great service, really knowledgeable and honest. I'm lucky!
good service, great price. went for the first time today for some A/C troubles and they were very helpful
Jay and all the members right from the front desk to the mechanics are really great people, they are honest and importantly you are always a friend there. I will love to see them open on Saturdays as well🚗. Sameer Bin khurshid
