After 12 weeks he walked off the job without completing the work, without paying the subcontractors despite the fact that we had paid him. Several parts had to be torn up and redone as they were not done properly. All in it cost nearly double for us and additional months with DOB issues. This was supposed to be a 3 week reno.
James is a complete beat artist.. he had my friend frank sand floors on a job and never paid the guy..frank is owed 2500.. for a job in Manhattan.
