Had Green APU installed today in my new truck. Excited to use it on the road. The entire team from scheduling (Ceasar) to install (Matt Man) were great! Ceasar called several times to verify appointment and arrival and Matt did an excellent job installing unit and keeping truck clean. He even ran battery cables I had to run my car trailer while he was under the truck. So far very pleased and hope for a great ownership experience!!
Came in for an oil APU/tractor oil change. Shop was busy but took me within the hour.
Fast and professional! The drivers lounge was clean and comfortable. 03/02/2025 they do not have “24 hour tech support.” I left a voicemail and am still waiting on a call back. Later post…Eric went above and beyond to help me with my APU. He consistently checked on the situation until it was resolved. Thanks Eric!
