the Green APU unit itself works much louder than the Thermoking and even the main engine of the truck so that drivers from neighboring trucks ask to turn off the APU unit because they can't sleep, most often, neighboring drivers simply leave for another place because sleeping next to a green apu is not possible even in neighboring trucks, other drivers who couldn't sleep can freak out and cause harm, so I try not to sleep on truck stops. at the Amazon warehouse the yard driver demanded to leave the yard or turn off Green APU... read more
Great Folks. Wonderful salesman named Brad. He gave me a great tour of the facility and also approved me having a large Amazon package delivered here. Overall great experience!!
Editing my review as the service center seems to be on its game lately. Sent 3 trucks here in the last couple of days and they were promptly checked in, serviced and out within a half a day. I still wish we could make appointments as it does get busy but I'm impressed they responded to my feedback with detail and seem to be doing something about it. Thanks for the great service.
