The installers of the tankless water heater arrived an hour early. I hadn't had time to clear some stuff away from the work area. They moved it but didn't move it back. They didn't bring the 2 x 4s the salesperson said they would need and seemed to think this was my fault. They helped themselves to my heavy duty extension cord to plug in the unit.
