We are very lucky with our therapist who comes to the school and made wonderful progress with our child. Kristen is dedicated and full of ideas how to improve our child's abilities. She sends summaries of her sessions and ideas how to implement things at home. The only downside is the billing/ organization department. Things are slow with insurance, doctor communication and billing.
I love my son’s OT, Lauren. She’s kind and so patient. She’s very professional and helps with any concerns. She answers/explains everything when I have questions and she helps get a better understanding on things. I love this company because they hire the best therapists. I would recommend Green Apply Therapy to anyone who asks.
The most amazing team I could imagine in Lubbock, Texas! Our PT and OT have been extremely kind, very attentive, and great communication. I receive full detailed descriptions after every session. Our amazing PT even help catch a complex and rare condition that was being misdiagnosed. You can tell our PT really cares about our son and his progress. As a doctor myself, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The Lubbock based PT and OT team are a dream.
These reviews BLOW my mind. Green Apple therapy is AMAZING. The things yall are complaining of are absurd.
My sister had a horrible experience here and I would not recommend. Ultimately, most therapist here will show up to your home, SIT on their computer for more than HALF of the appointment to then actually doing any kind of therapy to the children the remaining 20-15 minutes.
