I had a great experience with Green Apple Heating & Cooling. Sally was professional and courteous when I called to describe our issues. She asked lots of questions to understand the problem. Set up an appointment for a few days later. Elmer arrived on time, was very professional and wore shoe covers to keep our home clean. Miguel and Ray are amazing technicians! First and foremost these two are friendly and respectful. They are thorough and explain the current and potential future problems of your HVAC system. This includes photos of the problem and solution. The arrival was prompt and the notification that they are on their way was very helpful. Miguel and Ray are both effective, efficient and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. As a side note....The company overall has provided consistent customer service.

Elmer and his team do a fantastic job. They are well trained and informed about new industry standards. Customer service is top notch, they care. We have had an annual contract with them for preventive maintenance for several years and it is the way to go. They catch issues before they become problems, which if you're too hot or too cold you want to avoid. Highly recommend Green Apple.
