The man I spoke with was very rude instead of telling me they didn't offer the service he got a bad attitude and hung up the phone on me. I am a handyman and have 2 clients with broken windows they need me to install the glass and when I asked to bring the windows to them they told me that wasn't an option they do all the work and that's just not what we're looking for but hanging up on someone is just not the way to go

This people are nice when you reach out but unfortunately the job is not, after my husband windshield was replaced his FWC started failing. Took it to the dealership and unfortunately they told us whoever replaced the windshield didn’t do a good job and had glued the camera sensors. This is a $3k issue to be fixed. Reached out to Jermone I believe is his name. Said he would come by we agree at 6pm then he texted me he would have to come the next day evening and will let me know. Jerome was able to replace our door glass and fabricate the window frame after we were burglarized by some JA's. Less then 24hrs after contact and sizing we are able to see out the door once again. Three levels of unwanted destruction and repairs
