Green Apple Catering was absolutely amazing for our wedding! The brisket was a guest favorite. All of it was my favorite! The sweet meatballs and cornbread were also guest favorites. The staff were so gracious, kind and efficient. They made it an easy and it ran so smoothly. Audra is great to work with and very accommodating. Green Apple catering went out of their way to always be there for our wedding day. We live out of state and they let my parents come by for a tasting and when we came into town later they let us taste the food as well just to be sure. They were alway extremely accommodating and helpful. PLUS the food was really great and we got lots of compliments on how tasty it was. If I am ever in the area and need a caterer again I would use them in a HEARTBEAT! WE LOVED THEM!
