Timia was an absolute dream to work with. From the countless questions, the tasting, for curated questions leading up to the big day, everything she touched turned to gold. We had some last minute special requests and she didn't bat an eye. Then once we actually got to eating, people went for seconds! Used Kris and Green Apple for my Alumni Club’s sailgate party (285 people) for a Washington football game. Kris is very easy to work with, she is very responsive and the food and service on the boat was excellent. Highly recommended!!
