Charged $80 instead of $55 that had quoted at first and used the excuse that there was a lot of sand. Did not clean thoroughly the interior leaving dust, sand and coffee spills. No shine products in interior, sand on the trails under the chairs and overall a very very disappointing experience. I will never go back again!

I took my car to Green and Gold Car Wash and was very disappointed with the service. The seats were not vacuumed properly at all, and there was still dog fur everywhere. When I complained, the response I got was that “it’s too hard to vacuum dog fur away”. That’s honestly not an acceptable excuse. Doing hard things properly is literally what work is about.
