My daughter and I had the displeasure of booking this service via Groupon for a move out deep clean on 7/2/26. They were scheduled to arrive between 9am and 1pm. After repeated calls which went unanswered they finally arrived around 2pm. Long story short, they attempted to get more money for less time and work, wanted to bring in 5 more people without approval, didn’t complete the job nor did they clean up behind themselves. If you want a half done job but would like to pay more for it, they are the people to book.
I was using green alternative cleaning up to the point things started to go missing, including meat in the freezer. When I communicated these concerns it was dismissive and I was gaslighted.In addition, I am suspecting this company does not run a background check on the cleaners . You have different cleaners each time and if you did not how to speak Spanish (which fortunately I knew a little) it was hard to communicate unless you were speaking to the supervisor on the specific team that were assigned that day. I have been using this cleaning company for a couple months and they are amazing! They are friendly and always does a thorough cleaning. In addition, they are upfront with extra charges if you want extra done. Recommend to anyone looking for a great cleaning company!
This cleaning team is great. They have done a deep cleaning for me twice and both times have been very patient with me and my clutter. They bring a team of 3-4 cleaners, so it doesn’t take very long to do a thorough job. The team uses a combination of English and Spanish. Their English was professional and communication was clear. The house smells and looks clean without any harsh chemical smells!
The cleaning crew did a great job! They were conscientious and thorough. My house sparkled when they left and there were no chemical odors.
