This cleaning team is great. They have done a deep cleaning for me twice and both times have been very patient with me and my clutter. They bring a team of 3-4 cleaners, so it doesn’t take very long to do a thorough job. The team uses a combination of English and Spanish. Their English was professional and communication was clear. The house smells and looks clean without any harsh chemical smells!
The cleaning crew did a great job! They were conscientious and thorough. My house sparkled when they left and there were no chemical odors.
BEWARE! This company not only does less than decent job cleaning, but will also break your belongings and refuse to replace them. While this company may talk a nice game, they cannot be trusted! I bought a Groupon for a 2 hour deep clean and it was all downhill from the first steps. The first time these cleaners came, they skipped half the house, saying they did not have time. They were very thorough and did a great job. Ordered a Groupon for 3 people for 2 hours. It required 3 hours so expect to have to pay more if you need a really deep clean. They even did a good job cleaning my oven which really needed it.
So I booked this company via Groupon and when I called to make the appt she was very and sweet. The day of my appt. I texted within the time slot asking for ETA, never got it and then I called she said they will text. I said yes you gave me a time window(which was almost over). I told her I had to leave soon to get my daughter from school. She then said well we not coming and disconnected the line. I called back and texted asking for my money back no answer.
