I have never regularly booked bodywork in my life until I met Natalie! Being a client of hers is a true pleasure. Each session we talk out what the massage should be focused on, and when the work comes to an end I feel relieved and uplifted. My posture, gait, and mindset around healing have all been changed by Nat! She is a transformative force, couldn’t be happier to be in her presence month-to-month.
I got a prenatal massage with Natalie and it was fantastic! She listened to what my problem areas were and helped me feel so relaxed. The pressure was perfect and she checked multiple times to make sure I was comfortable with it. Her space was calming and created a nice little sanctuary for the service. Natalie is a spectacular massage therapist. She is extremely professional with compassionate but vibrant energy. She is very intuitive and can modify her approach based on your body’s needs. Green Alchemy is both welcoming and calming which I always find important to ensure I am able to relax during the session. I highly recommend Green Alchemy if you are in need of body work or massage.
Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I had a 90-minute session with Natalie , and from start to finish, it was beyond what I hoped for. I came in with chronic low back pain, anterior pelvic tilt, and tightness in my right shoulder from intense workouts. I also was incredibly stressed. If you’re on the fence, do it! I have been seeing Natalie (Green Alchemy Wellness) for almost 2 years now! I’ve come consistently every 4-5weeks and it’s the best investment I’ve ever made in myself! Natalie is very skilled, kind, cares deeply about her clients, and is continuing to educate herself to further improve her practice. I always feel safe and relaxed and leave feeling really good.
