First and foremost - Freddy is polite, punctual, informative and honest. No hidden fees, stuck to the original price. I had to reschedule my initial service date because my doorbell wasn't working and I didn't know he was ringing my bell! When he contacted me he was very understanding and immediately gave me a new date without charging me for a missed appointment. Excellent service. Definitely worth the recommendation. Freddy was very professional and neat. Freddy explained in detail the procedure for cleaning my hvac duct system. The air quality is much better in my home since Freddy also cleaned my blower motor as well. Thank you, Anthony
The staff lacked proper knowledge and professionalism. They made multiple mistakes and didn’t seem to care about fixing them or improving service quality.
