The installation of the windows was a great experience. What this company is lacking and not good at is servicing their 100% warranty policy. I've been trying to have them come out to fix a problem with the casement windows they installed in my house, since September 2024 and I'm still getting the run around from Kevin. I have contacted Kevin several times in the past month and still he can't put me on his schedule to come look at the problem to then have somebody come fix it.
