The installation of the windows was a great experience. What this company is lacking and not good at is servicing their 100% warranty policy. I've been trying to have them come out to fix a problem with the casement windows they installed in my house, since September 2024 and I'm still getting the run around from Kevin. I have contacted Kevin several times in the past month and still he can't put me on his schedule to come look at the problem to then have somebody come fix it. They designed and installed new energy-efficient windows throughout our home in 2022, and included a limited lifetime transferable warranty, which we will give to new buyers when we sell our home. I’ve owned two houses in San Antonio and Green Energy placed a radiant barrier in both. The Texas heat is brutal and these barriers actually work.
This is a top notch company with a top notch product. The installers were very courteous and professional.they installed the radiant barrier in a 2100 square. ft. House in one day.
