I would have given a 5 if not for breaking the dry wall ceiling in the attic. I am giving 2 stars for the work on air ducts and vents and even taking ownership of the mess they created. So, accidentally the person who did the work took support on the dry wall and it broke into the living room (luckily no one was there as well as he didnt fell through it).
