I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mausour, the owner of Green Again Irrigation and Lighting. This was my first time working with him, and unfortunately, it will be the last. His conduct throughout the project was both unprofessional and unethical. When I raised concerns about the shortcut and subpar installation of the drip system, instead of addressing the issue and taking responsibility, he offered to uninstall the system altogether. terrible response all they care about is getting paid,,been suffering with them for years but no more....been trying for 2 weeks to get my sprinklers repaired but no response,,,,getting my sprinklers opened in the spring is a whole other ordeal....
