Can I give 0 stars?! We have a brand new septic tank and they do not respond to the million issues we have had with this tank. The gentleman on the other end of the phone is unprofessional and was absolutely no help. Our tank light keeps coming on and each time you call them they do not come out to help. I called and he finally said and I quote “yeah we aren’t going to come out, you might want to find someone else.” Well ok then….
One star is being kind. I have never had such poor customer service, lack of communication and run around from a company before! I could go into a long story but the moral is don't use them. Lower prices don't mean anything if you can't get the work done!
THEY PUMPED MY TANK, THEN WEEKS LATER ON A SUNDAY NIGHT SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE WANTING TO BE PAID, I HAD NEVER GOTTEN A BILL TO PAY THEM AND PLANNED TO ONCE I RECEIVED THE BILL. WHEN CONTACTED AGAIN FOR ANOTHER PUMP HE QUESTIONED WHY WE WOULD DO THAT AND SAID NOTHING WOULD HELP WE WERE OUT OF LUCK. POOR SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I just bought a new house and had the unfortunate experience of inheriting a home in which the person before me had not kept up with septic tank maintenance. There was major sludge buildup and it ended up being a job that took two separate visits to remedy. Green Acres is a very sweet, family owned business who ended up only charging me for one visit and giving me some products that would help prevent this situation in the future at a discount.
