We bought a mobile home at auction and are jumping thru hoops to try to remove it from the park, they are saying we have to do things only a signed leaser needs to do which we are not, this is crazy, then they are charging us for utilities that are turned off, what is wrong with these people, getting legal advice- stay away from here
This place isnt a mobile park where you can just go park an RV, it's a trailer park with only trailer homes. I wasn't there for long, just had a quick stop to eat lunch. But it seemed like a decently convenient and quiet place to stop. They have a quaint little park area to take your kids or animals, or both.
