My Dad a (retiree) ordered a new home 5/10/2025, they took his $9,000. down payment and cashed it, then have ghosted him every since! They told him his home would be delivered within 2 weeks, that was over 2 months ago. No one ever called him to tell him of any delay or issues. He has called a few times and conveniently his sales person is never there and never responds to a message. I am taking over and it is time to Lawyer up.
