Friendly safe park awesome park manager
The management there is probably the rudest of all. She is very unprofessional at how she talks to people and she picks and chooses who she says is banned and who isn't. I always thought that if you was evicted from a place you couldn't move back in but she only uses that rule when it contains to someone she don't like. She speaks as if she is a thug and can barely understand half of what she says. I only visited the village but it was probably the nicest one I've ever been to personally. It was rather large, has its own Facebook page to follow for the residents. I guess they have events monthly & for the kiddos. It genuinely seemed like a nice place to live even though I'm a country girl & prefer to stick to myself, this is a place I'd actually consider moving if I ever wanted to live closer to Cincinnati.
Kia Price was an absolute angel and made the process of working with her and Gemstone seamless. I greatly appreciate her taking the time and initiative to support us even AFTER hours to work with us to purchase. She is a lovely woman and I appreciate her greatly! She deserves a nice meal!
