The only time the office is open is when the rent is due. Management has fallen off. It's as though they are abandoning their responsibilities to the park residents. The maintenance people haven't been paid. Online it lists Doug and Debra Price as the owners. The office staff has been fired and there is no one to replace them. This is supposed to be a 55+ park. Some people here are on a fixed income, which means FIXED. Which does not mean raise the lot fee every year because they think that our FIXED income goes up every year along with the lot rent. It seems to me they are trying to force people out not keep people in. lot fee is about $800.00. Now they are going to raise it again to almost $900.00 or more in november, whats up with this picture.
