Green Acres Mobile Home Park Review This used to be a place for ppl 55+ and senior citizens. Now apparently that does not apply any more. Most any one can live here now. I have here and owned my trailer for 5 plus years and now lot fees are stupid. $90.00 plus every friggin year since i have been here. REALLY !!!. You guys think all or most of us filthy rich. This park has enough money to pay for re-paving the streets here, but yet they won't FIX the screwed up concrete driveways OR fix the leaky (waterfalls) carports. O... read more

The only time the office is open is when the rent is due. Management has fallen off. It's as though they are abandoning their responsibilities to the park residents. The maintenance people haven't been paid. Online it lists Doug and Debra Price as the owners. The office staff has been fired and there is no one to replace them. The hours are supposed to be Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. The office phone number is bogus. It's literally a joke 303 364 3744. This is supposed to be a 55+ park. Some people here are on a fixed income, which means FIXED. Which does not mean raise the lot fee every year because they think that our FIXED income goes up every year along with the lot rent. It seems to me they are trying to force people out not keep people in. lot fee is about $800.00. Now they are going to raise it again to almost $900.00 or more in november, whats up with this picture.
