Negligent!!!! A huge oak tree almost killed us when it fell on our RV a yr ago. The owners refused to cut the huge dead trees for years!! Several have fallen on people's houses already, and it's cost us, and our neighbors thousands of dollars in damage. A very tall tree is about to fall on our RV AGAIN tonight or tomorrow!!! The sewers and electric are both faulty. Roads unpaved with potholes. Our mailboxes were hanging off the post & had rotted wood for years until they got proper apartment-style boxes for the park. Have been here over 9 years..we have seen alot of improvement. All the trash and meth heads are gone. It's a work in progress. If you don't have pride in your living conditions you need to stay away. We want people to be proud of where they live and to take care of their homes and their lots.

You guys have to get rid of that maintenance guy named Miles. He comes on to patrans in park. He gets drunk and knocks down brick walls that was is petion, late at night. O and he does it when my boyfriend is not there. He had the best & cleanest place there with covered roof. You guys will honestly miss him!!
