Quiet residents, easy access, good area and trustworthy
If I could give this place no stars I would, it just does not qualify. Paul, the manager, does seem to be a nice enough guy but honestly he's not very transparent about the place. It is a run down trailer park that they are trying to fix up but that ship sailed 20 or so years ago. I actually feel bad that people have to live like that. The tenant/owners park in front of their places so trying to move around hauling a travel trailer is not an easy task.
