Very bad management. The landlady is a liar. She lies about doing the repairs that tenents report to her. These repairs are not the tenents responsibility..I see that they have listed themselves as an A+ with the better business bureau. That is a fraudulant claim because when I checked on that, the Better Business Bureau has never heard of them and they are a non-BBB affiliated company.
