Went with a friend to visit someone and it is a very clean cute trailer park, with bigger lots then normal on alit of them it's very bright and cheerful

This place is poorly maintained. Hardly ANY parking anywhere, and the office people are rude. If you want to paint your mobile home you have to ask for approval.
