The administrator is very helpful and responsive. I was looking at transferring one of my own residents and Vanessa was able to answer all my questions and assist me in a quote same day!
The staff and management here are truly compassionate and caring. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and supported every day. The community offers a variety of quality activities daily that keep residents engaged, active, and socially connected. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.
They treat their workers almost as bad as their residents.
My mom was in another facility for one year that was nothing like Green Acres. This lovely facility has been outstanding in caring for mom. They provide a quiet, safe and friendly environment for her to enjoy. They have understood her needs as she deals with advancing dementia. We could not have found a better place for mom.
