I have come to the conclusion that I just need to manage my own lawn at this point. Services went fine until they performed core aeration…..and cut my internet/cable cord in the process. I lost out on work that day as I was working from home. Then I was blamed for not knowing where the cable cord was buried and not marking it. In the past we had issues with our old fertilizer company every season they found issues with our lawn and they would tell us we needed this or that to fix the issue ~ at an additional cost of course. This led to us doing it ourselves for a couple of years & our lawn looked great and we had no issues however, we have acreage and it was quite time consuming.
