Small but packed full of goodness Green Acres is a smaller mom and pop type deli/butcher shop that also adds in a small grocery store type atmosphere with hard to find foods/spices. Their selection of fresh meats and seafood is incredible. They have pre-mixed dinners (fajitas, stuffed peppers etc..) that are ready to take home and cook. Mary T When I lived in Sylmar California, I would drive to Simi Valley to buy our weeks worth of meat because they have the best!! Now that we've moved to Arizona, we cannot find a market that equals the quality of Green Acres. When we come to California to visit, we make it a point to go to Simi Valley to buy at least 1 months worth of meat and deli foods. And of course we "MUST" have their TriTip sandwich!!!
Highly Recommended Green Acres is like a step back in time. It is a charming Mom & Pop type shop. And you can pick up everything in one place that you need for your weekend BBQ. Fruits and veggies are fresh and colorful and are beautifully displayed. Look for fresh corn-on-the cob in the summertime. You can get meats too, I recommend buying their italian sausage for grilling on the BBQ

This store is always packed with people which shows how popular they are.
Green Acres Catering is a blessing in disguise of a tri tip sandwich I had Green Acres cater my 60 th birthday party and what a success it turned out to be. Awesome Tri-tip - great sauce and killer garlic bread. They take the stress out of your day. I recommend them to cater your next party
Home of the Trip Tip I LOVE Green Acres. The market is located right behind this place, but they cook it right on the street. $5 Trip tip sandwiches are so delicious. They also cater as well, they can come to the site and cook up a storm for you.
My favorite Craving This place has the best tri-tip burritos. Oh my gosh are they just so good. And every time I go there the staff who take your order are so friendly and sweet. The market is great too for picking up yummy cheeses and great meat, not to mention fresh veggies.
