INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went to 5 different dealers looking for a new mower, Green Acres was my last stop before I was going to sit down to make a decision and I am so glad that I decided to stop in here before making my choice. All the other places I went I felt like I was just being sold something with no real care or concern for my wants and needs. Kirk didn’t make me feel that way, he is a no bullshit type of guy who is willing to spend time talking with others about all the options out there, what’s best for each indiv... read more

My husband brought in the original sleeve to a belt that he needed to purchase to replace the one that broke on our Gravely on Saturday. The salesman boasted how he couldn't repair machines but he was the best at finding parts. He brought out a belt with a different part number than listed on the original OEM belt sleeve. My husband asked him if he was sure that it was the right belt since something seemed off. The salesman reassured him it was the right part, but it was just an off brand, so my husband bought it. Sure enoug... read more

This company is a joke. The service advisor, John, will lie to your face and will not blink an eye. I took my tractor to their shop to have the voltage regulator problems repaired. They said it needed a new regulator. Then they found a problem with the plug from the regulator, which they repaired according to the invoice. The bill was $348.77 PLUS A 4% credit card fee. Total of $362.72 on 1/31/2025. Other then a 4% CC fee everything was fine. Only 11 engine hours later the plug that was "repaired" failed again. The bill to c... read more

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! I took my mower in for service, which was done. When they returned the mower they had not only put a large burn hole In my brand new seat, they had punctured a hole in my gas tank while working on it. I called the store and they picked it back up, but they said the puncture was normal Wear and tear, my mower is only four years old, and it CLEARLY is a puncture mark from their tools. They kept my mower for 20 days before returning it without correcting any of thei... read more

I started with Green Acres for servicing my tractor since they were the only Branson dealer in the area (great tractor btw…far superior to John Deere or Kubota). Recently I was in the market for a lawn tractor and went in to check out the Bad Boys. Kirk was great, gave me some good input, let me test drive one, and sent me home with a price and info. I ended up ordering one because I wanted a bigger deck than what they had in stock. They had it for me in just a couple of days. Great working with them. Happy I have a good loc... read more
