Ordered signs in early March and have heard every excuse in the book from machine broke to delivery company lost shipment. Still do t have product even after owner promised to deliver in person. Worst customer service ever.
Quality of products is great. Service and response timeliness could be improved. We waited weeks between communication for updates on our basic sign project. Several emails where they said they’d get back to us and we didn’t hear anything until we proactively checked in. I’d assume there are staffing and materials shortages like everywhere else, but acknowledgement of that and its effect on turnaround time would have been appreciated.
you know, i was really impressed by the staff here. They werent able to help me that particular time i was in, but they immediatly showed me who could, and did not try to sell me something i didnt want.
