Awful communication, didn't do the job the way it should have been done because it wasn't in the estimate...i believe that is why it is called and estimate because other charges can happen. Had to drop the vehicle off twice because the guy doing the work was out if town. You would have thought someone would have called to reschedule. But instead of calling we had to go in to work late and then still make arrangements to drop it off a second time. Will never take one if my vehicles back there.
I have taken both my vehicles to Greeley Collision and had nothing but excellent customer service and great work. I would recommend them to anyone and won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
