The driver dropped my pizza off and just left it on the ground. There was no knock or anything to notify me that the delivery is being made. When I realized the pizza was sitting on the concrete the pizza was cold. It was a medium size pizza but it only had like 5 pepperoni’s and 5 peppers.
To start off, i want to say that greeks pizzeria is my absolute favoriteeeeee pizza place. and being pregnant, it’s been a huge craving for me. that being said, i went to the location on N college yesterday (& took my bf who had never been) and it hit the spot! such a great first impression. We decided to order again, and this time order at beech grove as it’s the closest location to us. unfortunately, this is the second time i’ve had a poor experience with the beech grove location. Food is fire! Like pizza is awesome! Unfortunately I have to break up with you Greeks, service is non existent this is the second time I've waited 2 hours for delivery. We'll wait for the next pizza place to take over that location, hopefully they understand customer service.
This is for Greek's pizza, I've never been to the Tapp Room. Food is delicious!! But service is horrible! Its never ready when my order confirmation says it should be done, on carry-out or delivery. Everytime we call to find out what's taking so long the workers don't care or have some excuse. Like right now we ordered delivery and its been over an hour, we called and they said its still in the oven! The girl who answered the phone was atleast sweet and sorry this time.
