Ordered online and went to pick up in the pickup time window. Order want started yet. No worries. I looked behind the counter into the back and it didn't really inspire confidence that the guy making the pizza has a pistol on his hip, wearing a hoodie covered in floor like he'd been dragging it through the pizza, and I didn't see a glove in sight. This was a DoorDash order where the worker marked it as completed while it was just beginning, which automatically caused a delay at pickup and negatively impacted my rate. The worker did apologize, but they could have shown a greater sense of urgency.
Love this place. Try the meatballs.
The pizza is so cheesy and so good and the important are so nice
Hands down my favorite pizza place of all time. From the franklin location, to one off 135, down here to beech grove. Beech grove tap room is my go to! Food and service are always on point.
