Absolutely terrible customer service. Mistakes are made but don’t accuse the customer of basically lying and when the truth is pointed out, take ownership and apologize! The manager snatched the shell that was made wrong, said “Ok thanks” and walked to the back of the store after I said I would never order there again.
The best! I would not even consider Papa Johns their pizza is terrible!
