Review is based on complaint handling and customer service response. I contacted Greek’s Westfield for help with a serious delivery complaint tied to another Greek’s store, involving unprofessional driver conduct and a refusal to leave a receipt. Instead of providing a professional response, Westfield replied, “Why are you contacting all the Greeks with a long email?” and then, “In your fb profile you have multiple pics of people flipping the middle finger off which I find offensive.” A customer’s social media is irrelevant ... read more
This place is so unbelievably disorganized. Online order, scheduled a pickup at 6:45. Arrive to pick up, they say it’ll be another 20-30 minutes. I wait for 45, hoping for my name to be called. I go up and ask what’s going on, and they say my pizza will be GOING IN THE OVEN in 10 minutes. They tell me that others have been waiting longer. Except I’ve been sitting here watching people come and go. If you can’t handle the orders, don’t accept them. And don’t lie to me about how others have been waiting longer.
Food is great, but there is a line of people waiting 1-2 hours PAST the promised time for carry out. Each time someone asks how much longer, they say 30 minutes. When 45 minutes elapses, they say "30 more". Some people ordered pizza online 9 hours ago for 6pm carry out. It is 7:15pm and no pizza, yet! Staff are nice. Operation is horrible tonight.
So many people get take out but don't forget to get a drink too! Their cherry coke is the best I've ever had. Love the food. Love the people that work here. Great location. Parking is not the best at all. But no worries. Outdoor seating available.
When you give a time for your pizza to be picked up. The pizza should be ready by that time.
