Terrible experience with Ken Chow. Had mini splits installed in May 2024 by a different installer and the indoor units are constantly freezing. Freezing does not stop and makes very loud ice cracking sound, making it unusable. The installer brought in Ken Chow from this office, and he is the most frustrating person I have ever worked with. He came in multiple times, stating that he needed to provide factory with details. Then, he goes silent. I have to reach out to him for any answers which is basically nothing.
