Terrible experience with Ken Chow. Had mini splits installed in May 2024 by a different installer and the indoor units are constantly freezing. Freezing does not stop and makes very loud ice cracking sound, making it unusable. The installer brought in Ken Chow from this office, and he is the most frustrating person I have ever worked with. He came in multiple times, stating that he needed to provide factory with details. Then, he goes silent. I have to reach out to him for any answers which is basically nothing. Very annoying company, they continue to cold call and try to sell me products even after I’ve told them I’m not interested, and to take me off the call list. The sales manager at this location could use some lessons on manners, and maybe local tele marketing laws. I would avoid dealing with them, as they can’t even follow simple instructions to not call.
