Wonderful job...prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. Jeremie and Jim and Sue were all helpful and my couches look terrific. I've used other upholstery cleaners but Greco beats them all!
Greco has been doing my carpets for about 15 years. They always do a great job and making appointments is easy. When a severe storm caused some flooding in my basement rec room, they were here in less than 24 hours. Most recently had service on 12/9/15. Had a specific issue and they went above and beyond. Greco if you're reading this, give the man with the wand (Mark) a bonus. Highly recommend.
I've been a customer of Greco since 1981, and have never been disappointed. I just had my living room and family room carpets cleaned today, and they removed coffee and soda stains completely. A comment about the other reviews, people should know that steam cleaned carpets will be wet for 7-8 hours. A good tip to dry them faster is to turn on ceiling fans or station small fans in each room. They will be dry in 4-5 hours. And so clean! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaner...They soaked the carpets and ruined our couch. Although they tried to fix the problem they did not and would not speak with us. It is really terrible. We have ended up throwing out our couch and are still dealing with terrible smells. A terrible experience...
