I am highly disappointed with the experience I had with Greco rentals, las cruces NM. Of all the places I have rented in Las cruces and out of state, this is the worst experience I have had. I would call it modern day robbery, I cannot stay in one location forever so when I had to relocate, I gave notice that I would not be renewing my lease but paid rent for August 2023. Exceptional apartments. They help you by letting you view available places by their company. Everytime I called regarding a concern, their response is immediate and always answer their calls and questions in a timely manner. So far, my favorite tenants. Recommend them! (:
