It's a fast food franchise. It has a fast food feel if you're sitting in. Otherwise the pizza is pretty run of the mill Greco. Donairs are probably 4 star. You get what you pay for.
Ordered a pizza sub . It was sad looking. Bearly any cheese nearly toasted about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce needless to say I will not order from this specific location again.
It was a little slow the last time but this Greco is usually fast. Quality of food is consistent and with specials very affordable.

Ordered at 5:35pm and it’s 6:50 pm, food is still not here. I called the location in Riverview and asked politely that this is not good customer service because we were told it would be 25 minutes to be here. I asked if out of customer service for our very long wait, it still has not arrived as I’m writing this; if they could offer two cans of pop, or a dessert something for the inconvenience and was told no that was not possible and that the order was already paid for.
