HERO
Owner and his wife are unbelievably ignorant and rude. Arguing with us telling us our tanks aren’t leaking when their own employee said they were. We have 3 children and tanks outside our home from 1994 that are leaking under the valves. They won’t make it right- calling us liars and treating us like garbage. They’re sickening people and I will never recommend them to anyone. I will also be reporting them to the BBB for this behavior.
This has got to be the worst winter I've seen in at least a decade -- maybe 2. And I've been hearing horror stories about oil and gas delivery companies flaking on deliveries b/c people's driveways are impassable. Well I live at the top of a hill and we've had nearly 3 feet of snow this season. So I was genuinely worried if they'd be able to get to us for a mid-winter refil, but they worked with us to make it happen which is a huge amount of stress relief since, without propane we have no heat and no backup generator.
