I saw a house that is a new build in Medina, and sent a text message to see if we would be able to see it. As we got no response, the following day I called the same number and left a message asking to see the house. If by any chance they have a strong offer - at least have the professionalism to respond back to me. Response: 1.26.25 I would like to apologize, as I had no idea that the number provided on the listing of a house in Medina was not a direct number. We are extremely happy with our Greco home. Dan and Mike made the process enjoyable and fairly easy. Communication with them throughout the process was timely and detailed. The design and craftsmanship of our home was very well thought out and complete. We are thrilled with all of the selections and assistance they gave us during the build. Do not hesitate to use this builder if you are considering constructing a home.

Our amazing adventure began in 2008 when I met Mike Lewis at a friend’s home which he and Dan Greco designed and created. I was overwhelmed with the design, beauty and quality of this project.
