The father doesn't know what the son is doing. He occasionally answers the phone and gets combative when you ask questions he cannot answer. Aggressive, belittling, mocking and insulting, I will never try to do business with these two again. I pray to God we don't get in trouble with the IRS for being late. The son has not returned a single phone call or email and totally dropped the ball, not filing our business taxes at all! Are you kidding me!? Very rude people, Michael especially. At least, I asked for Michael throughout my experiences, but it sounded like Carl the entire time. Carl told me that Michael was handling my account but I never got to speak with another person based off the voice.. At the very first sit down, during the introduction, he called my mother a “Chatty Cathy” because she was trying to explain her tax situation.
