Lauren Humphreys was high-headed and rude, which made our closing experience horrible. We didn’t even get a greeting from her, and we left without seeing her. Her phone service was equally rude. I will never deal with her again and would rather bring my business elsewhere.
Truly not sure how and where these great experiences are because I certainly did not have the same. It’s worth noting that they missed a $164,000 payment due to their inability to properly read a purchase and sale agreement. I, the client, identified this massive discrepancy on my own.
