We booked this service to check that a wall furnace and stove top in a recently purchased house was working safely. Attendant service person was unable to even initiate the task because he suspected there was a problem with the amount of gas coming through and left within 20 minutes, offering no suggestions to address the issue other than recommending we call one of his associates to check the supply.
