They came out for <30 mins and charged me $250 to look at my system only to say I need a new unit for $1770 plus GST. Called someone else, they replaced the faulty part and charged me $300. Been 3+ months and no issues since.
Disappointing customer service. Had to wait 2 weeks to be told that the serviceman had ordered the wrong part. I had to chase Grech for a response and refund.
Grech maintained our ducted system for 15 years, always did a great job at a fair price. Always friendly, super clean and always turned up on time. But this year we found parts are no longer available for our 25 year old Lennox (gas / refrigerative) packaged system.
