Called for carry out order, put on hold for almost 5 minutes, assumed they accidentally hung up on me, so I called back. Was greeted with a less than friendly “if you hadn’t hung up we’d be talking right now, but I’m putting you back on hold”. Really? Been buying Greeco’s for 40 years, might be my last.
Ordered pizza for lunch, and after 45 mins, I called to check on status of pizza. Female answered with a sarcastic hello and after asking the status of pizza order, she replied, IT'S ON ITS WAY!!! and then slammed phone down and hung up on me. I called back and asked who I was speaking with, and the person said the owner and then hung up on me again. Not acceptable. Not professional, after an hour have still not received pizza. Employees extremely rude, yelling at customers when asked a simple question about pizza. Even called our number back to argue and call my husband a 5 yr old! what kind of business does that. usually you make it right with the customers never had such poor customer service in my life.

My granddaughter and I rode from Auburn IN so she could have Grecco's pizza for the first time. She loved it! Always worth the ride!

Pizza was delivered like it was dropped, the cunt manager wouldn't fucking stick around for confrontation, and the OWNER WON'T SACK UP AND MAKE IT RIGHT BY THE CUSTOMER. I have pictures to fucking prove it all, this is just disgusting behavior and if this is what customers can expect then you deserve to be shut down
