Margarita at the front desk is an angel sent from above. After a scary hit and run with my toddler in the car, I was bringing my car into them to fix it. My car overheated and i was still 5 minutes away. I figured I was stuck since it was after 6, but she personally drove over and got me and my toddler and had my car towed to the shop. terrible experience- first time with Accord- way overdue after many delivery time lies. This most recent time- brand new 2018 Accord with 1100 miles on it- was hit by a deer on drivers side- when they called and stated that the car was ready, there was damage on the passenger side lower bumper which they stated that it was there when we brought it in to them which I do not believe however cannot prove but- first, the car is loaded with sensors and when getting close to a curb, you get multiple beeps, second even if it was th... read more
Terrible, Amateur Work..Stay Away!!!!!! Grecco is horrible! Do not bring your car there. My car was there for 22 days and the work was ridiculous. I tried calling Mr. Grecco and his supervisor took charge and had Grecco auto body fix the repairs because he agreed it was not professional work. I had to bring my car back and they kept it for another 9 days and didn't do much to make it better. They don't know what they're doing and now my car lost a lot of value because it's obvious it was repaired. I'm only giving it one star... read more
My experience with Grecco Auto Body was better than I'd anticipated considering the amount of repairs my car needed. It was there for a few weeks and I resisted the urge to call every day asking "How's my car?" Since they've been in business for almost 20 years, I let my insurance company handle the small stuff: I was in a rental car so the inconvenience was minor.
