I personally never bought anything from here but my friends bought their wedding rings there. A few years back he was in a major accident and almost lost his life. His wife asked me to take his wedding ring here to have it fixed. Not only did they fix the Major problems with the ring, they donated money to help them out financially.
I had taken my Rolex to another shop in town and they did not put it back together right. The self winder never worked. I took it back three times they said it was fine. No, it was broken according to another repair facility that worked on Rolex's for a major jeweler in town. They fixed it. It worked a month and then quit. Took it back and they said they fixed it. I don't shop at any other jewelry stores, I only go to Grebitus Jewelers. I think Ted Grebitus has beautiful taste and that's very important to me.
I recently purchased pearls from Grebitus & Sons Jewelers. I always go there for any special jewelery needs, they have a great selection so I know I'll find something special.
Wonderful selection, superior customer service, great quality, and a super knowledgeable staff. I can't really say enough good things about Grebitus and Sons. I've been going there for what feels like forever, and can't imagine going anywhere else.
I walked into Grebitus & Sons because I was thinking of buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was immediately approached by a sales guy (Mike) that showed me what they had to offer. I told him my budget and my ideas for what I thought she would like, but I told him I knew absolutely nothing about jewlery. Mike helped me find the perfect ring for her that was UNDER my budget! They helped me finance it and it's safe to say I took her breath away. I'm done using anyone else...
The service in this store is exceptional along with the selection. If you are looking for someone to work with you one on one and not see the same old thing this is the place to go!
