We didn’t have any choice in our appraiser selection. However we are very pleased with our appraisal. I was really impressed with the comps they selected. The price seemed fair and the report was thorough. I figure a lot of people leave negative reviews for appraisers when they don’t get the price they expect. I just figured I’d leave a review since appraisers probably don’t get a lot of love in general and we were happy with ours.
Omgoodness, we did not experience anything but professionalism, promptness, accuracy and respect from Phil at Greber. We have used their services twice in several years; each time with full satisfaction. We will certainly use them again.
We did our appraisal with Greber Appraisal of Florida because the bank gave us their information. Unfortunately the way Greber Appraisal handled our inquiries was very disappointed. First, we gave our realtor information to the bank as a contact to allow the appraiser to enter to the house; but Greber Appraisal contacted the seller realtor even though we were paying for the appraisal.
