Had first appointment there as I have moved from Windsor area. I always had great service from Reaumes in Lasalle and Greavette did not drop the ball. Excellent from Wendy who made the appointment and my advisor Jenny. Glad to have a great dealership in my new up Town area.
Can't speak highly enough of Greavette with respect to a recent Corvette repair! My C7 Z06 had been wiithout air for years and initial repairs with the apparent best Corvette repair facility in the business (Barrie) had them trying to fix a short unsuccessfully. My A/C went dead driving home from one of their three unsuccessful repair attempts.... all the while talking me into plugs and wires needlessly. Can't say enough good things about Greavette. The staff are awesome to deal with, they listen to your concerns and help the best way they can. The mechanics are awesome a month ago they worked together to get my truck done, one would work on the recall and the other on the oil change. This time around again Greavette got all the work done in the time they said it would take. Just an awesome company all around. Thanks for the hard work.
